Responsibility
- set an overarching programme strategy, define scope parameters and direction
- responsible for the overall programme delivery, ensuring it meets its commercial and operational goals
- lead on programme communications and ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed
- establishing community links with primary and secondary healthcare teams, cancer support organisations and voluntary organisations across the six boroughs
- responsible for managing and controlling programme finances
- initial contact and assessment conversations
- look after the wellbeing of the members of the team
- development of personal recovery plans
