Responsibility

  • to handle incoming enquires for Crown Worldwide Hospitality @ The London Eye and convert them to sales, inline with budget
  • undertake site visits for potential events, using face to face sales skills to convert the enquiry
  • to process bookings of private pods on The London Eye, including invoicing
  • proactively develop new enquiries for Crown Worldwide Hospitality – London Eye, including exclusive buy outs
  • develop a marketing plan to support the sales of London Eye private pods
  • to take full ownership of the department and deliver on the budget
  • provide full administration to all London Eye pod bookings, including upselling F&B
  • arrange FAM trips, hospitality events and client / agency visit to further promote the Crown Worldwide Hospitality @ The London Eye
