Responsibility

  • we are looking to recruit an Exceptional Service Reception Manager to join our team at our dual franchise dealership
  • the role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the dealership and consists of assigning work to Vehicle Technicians ensuring the smooth running of the workshop, maintaining all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team
  • you will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times and report directly to the Group Service Manager
  • as part of the management team, you will be focused on delivering a very high level of brand experience to your customers, committed to making a difference and wanting to join a company who can offer long-term career progression
