Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience as a professional barber, with a focus on men's grooming
- excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike
- proficiency in a range of grooming techniques, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior barbers
- attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as required
