Responsibility

  • food & Beverage Supervisor
  • ensure all staff deliver excellent service standards on a consistent basis
  • maximize upselling opportunities and spend per head at every opportunity
  • ensure food service area is thoroughly cleaned daily
  • to deal with any customer complaints or queries in an attentive and courteous manner
  • to be fully aware of all reservations bookings in advance and inform staff of same
  • to ensure orders are taken promptly and efficiently
  • support all food & beverage personnel by adopting a hands-on approach to all aspects of operational responsibility, undertaking floor duties as a matter of routine
