Responsibility

  • tapas Chef to work in a small kitchen with a self contained working environment
  • responsible for cooking from a small well executed tapas menu to spa guests
  • menu consists 3 meat dishes, 3 fish dishes and 4 vegetarian dishes
  • hours are 11am- 8pm daily. Reporting to the head chef in Bertrams Restaurant Kitchen
  • 5 days out of seven weekly
