the role will be split roughly 70/30 accounts to audit, with a focus on year-end accounts production, client interaction, leading audit projects and completion of corporate tax returns
there is a clear development pathway to management, to gain greater client portfolio responsibility, as well as reviewing the work completed by more junior staff
the Partners are very engaging with the team and invest heavily in the support and development of all throughout the business whilst actively encouraging a healthy work-life balance
