Responsibility
- reporting to the M&E Divisional Manager, the Mechanical PM will be responsible for day-to-day operations on multiple projects
- works are mainly smaller to medium commercial works, high rise residential, schools etc
- our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical PM or somebody looking for their next step on the ladder to success. The role would be mainly office based with 4-5 hours of site visits per week. All sites are based in the North West
- your main duties include ordering of materials, health & safety responsibility for site, RAMS, conducting site meetings and ensuring the projects run smoothly
- even if you are a first-time PM, or someone looking to make the step up from a supervisory role, and have experience of the above duties, then your application will be considered
