  • it's imperative that you are flexible for work which may include weekends, in addition to some shifts in the week
  • the main purpose of this job is to ensure our guests receive the highest quality of customer service at all times and to assist the daily operational running of the bar, dining areas and cellar
  • assessing customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
