Responsibility
- cross & Wells is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our team
- this is a unique opportunity to work for a growing company with a long-term vision
- the Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for assisting in the development of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, training, onboarding and performance management
- the ideal candidate will have an interest in learning more about Human Resources and be able to provide support to the organization
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years of HR experience required
- able to work well with others and interact with them in a professional manner
- able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- familiar with HRIS systems and other labor related programs preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
