Responsibility

  • ensure that any inconsistencies with the policies and procedures of Cross Care are reported to the Branch Manager
  • the role involves 2.5 days in the office, alongside on call responsibilities, worked on a rota basis with the other coordinator
  • allocate staff to services, produce staff rotas on a weekly basis and ensure that they are completed and sent out on time
  • bring to the attention of the Branch Manager any complaint made about the company or any of its employees
  • taking on new individual referrals from social services, private individuals and other organisations
