- crosfields wishes to appoint a Librarian who can lead, support and promote reading, literacy and research skills for Senior pupils at Crosfields School
- there is a strong reading culture within the school and this role should capitalise on this by widening access and advice to literature for pupils and staff
- participate in meetings such as Heads of Department meetings
- be proactive in maintaining and expanding on available books, including cataloguing and processing new stock
- organise and host literacy events e.g., author visits, creative writing competitions, feeder school events, book fairs, etc

- strategic Forecasting: Update and review the five year forecast model
- month end: Coordinate the month end process, prepare journals, reconcile the trial balance and close all ledgers
- risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and bank covenants
- payment authorisation: Review and authorise weekly supplier payments
- bank: Liaise with relationship manager, provide periodic updates, manage bank accounts and mandates

- we are seeking to recruit a temporary Payroll and Finance Coordinator at Crosfields. You will be responsible for preparing monthly payroll and managing the Sales Ledger
- updating the cashbooks and posting the cash to the ledgers on a daily basis
- deputise for the Accounts Assistant when absent
