Requirements
- the candidate will be expected to hold a good honours degree in a relevant subject
- candidates with QTS/NQT are encouraged to apply

Responsibility
- assist in the development of appropriate lessons, resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies in the subject area
- attend all appropriate meetings
- plan and prepare lessons by using/adapting resources currently available in the department as well as creating and sharing your own
- provide students with constructive feedback on their progress, achievement, and attainment with classwork and prep according department guidelines
- assess and track the development, progress, and attainment of students
- report regularly on student progress and attainment to parents, students, and other staff
- teach students according to their educational needs, including the setting and marking of work to be carried out by the student
- carry out all duties and responsibilities in accordance with school policies, procedures and statutory health and safety requirements
