Responsibility
- croome Cheese are a family business based on the outskirts of Worcester creating innovative flavours of award winning cheeses
- issuing customer invoices using Xero
- assist with bank reconciliations
- assist with month-end tax filing process
- assist with year-end tax filing process
- assisting in General Office Duties, i.e answering phone calls, taking orders, answering e-mails
- stock taking and ordering to promote efficient running of Production
- booking in ingredients and maintaining our Traceability system
Requirements
- knowledge of the accounting system Xero
- strong knowledge of general bookkeeping practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, etc
- ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- bookkeeping: 2 years
