  • in conjunction with other staff, help create a supportive and homely atmosphere where clients can achieve maximum independence

  • main duties
  • duties will include all stages connected with the preparation and cooking of food and beverages
  • the cook to follow the planned menu rotation and will be responsible for the organising of service
  • duties will include cleaning all equipment used in the kitchen and associated areas
  • maintain records of residents meals and dietary requirements, i.e. diabetic, vegetarian etc
  • you may be required to order and check deliveries of stock
