Responsibility
- gain an in-depth understanding of Insights’ product range
- handle inbound sales enquiries
- offer technical advice as required, advising customers on specific products and their application, which may help with the customers security issues
- provide accurate quotes as required
- close and process orders
- help with Insights’ continued growth
- build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service
- ensure own product knowledge and training is kept up-to-date
Requirements
- proven sales experience
- ability to assist customers through purchasing decisions to ensure closed sales
- excellent communication, listening and influencing skills
- excellent organisational and administration skills
- ability to manage multiple customer accounts
- all first interviews will be conducted over Zoom, second interviews for successful candidates will be conducted in person
- ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- ability to work independently but at the same time work closely within a supportive team environment
