Responsibility
- we are recruiting Sift Engineers to support our opening Maintenance team
- assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the apartments and commercial properties including any faults or repairs
- plumbing – unblocking drains/toilets, repairing/replacing taps etc
- minor electrical works – replacing lamps/fittings, sockets and switches etc
- carry out H&S tasks, i.e. weekly fire alarm tests, water temperature monitoring, showerhead descaling etc
- maintenance on HVAC systems, i.e filter cleaning/replacing
- ensure that the apartments and commercial properties are kept to the highest maintenance standards
- respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests and concerns raised by tenants and team members according to the reporting procedure
Requirements
- work using your own initiative and proactive ability to work under pressure
- be able to provide great customer service
- presentable appearance
- highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- keen attention to detail
- good communication skills, both written and verbal
- driving Licence Preferable
- maintenance: 1 year
