Responsibility
- building the Critchleys brand to existing, new and future stakeholders, generating engagement and qualified traffic
- regularly measuring and reporting on campaign performance, client satisfaction and insights to colleagues and partners
- deploying successful marketing campaigns, owning their implementation from ideation to execution
- producing valuable and engaging content for and maintaining our company website and social platforms to attract and convert our target groups
- contributing to and producing content for the Firm's intranet and other communication channels to inform and engage internal colleagues
- building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies, and contacts
- managing the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated wisely
- supporting Business Development leads to deliver fee growth targets, including delivery of relevant data, creation of marketing material, involvement in tender management, training and development of team members, and planning, delivering and attending in-person and online events
