Responsibility

  • generating sales leads by telephoning prospective clients
  • to generate leads and quality appointments for the Partners
  • advise on the product and service benefits to potential clients
  • ensure that your own targets and key performance indicators are being met on a daily basis
  • to gather and document information about the customer
  • aim of Job: Responsible for the generation of new business leads and appointments through outbound telesales activity
  • the telesales executive will also be responsible for marketing our new monitoring service on a one-month rolling contract
  • experience in selling debt collection services

Requirements

  • prepared to work as part of a team
  • to be able to work flexibly and be prepared to assist others
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience of telesales
  • has achieved a good attendance record
  • have a positive can do attitude
