3rd line support engineer
Responsibility
- troubleshoot hardware issues and hardware failures
- work with the team to resolve hardware issues onsite
- provide technical support to end users via phone, email and onsite
- identify root cause of hardware issues and resolve them quickly
- work with the team to develop new solutions for improving the clients experience
- identify new technologies that will help us improve our ability to provide our clients with an excellent service
- work closely with our existing technicians to ensure that we are continually improving our ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- be able to work independently while also being part of a team of technical experts to help resolve problems
Education
- certification or experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration preferred
- certification or experience in Networking Administration preferred
- certification or experience in Active Directory administration essential
