- responding to faults raised through IT log system for all schools
- providing support to staff and pupils as required in relation to the technical aspects of IT hardware, software, and cloud-based software
- due to the issues raised the successful candidate may be required to liaise with outside parties
- support various types of hardware including: PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Interactive whiteboards/Panels, Sound Systems, and any other hardware/software not listed
Requirements
- providing IT support to the education sector remotely and onsite
- AD – Managing users, assigning GPs
- migrating from Windows OS 7 – 11
- AV support
- support of Google Workspace
- WDS for deployments of images
- support of O365
- troubleshooting DNS and DHCP, TCP and IP
