- we are looking for a Junior Office Manager to join our fun, vibrant and hard-working office
- this role is full-time and based at our office in Keynsham, Bristol
- helping with internal recruitment and HR including the onboarding of new staff, advertising internal vacancies and logging holiday requests
- overseeing office contracts and liaising with suppliers for the best possible deals
- help with the smooth running of the office by producing office rotas, ordering office supplies and sorting parcels and deliveries
- organising national and international travel including flights and accommodation
- crew & Concierge is an international yacht crew recruitment agency specialising in providing personnel for UHNW clients on both land and sea
- reporting website and database issues and resolving any in-house IT queries
