Requirements
- possess and maintain a safe driving record; worked on a site-based environment for a minimum of five years
- the post holder must also have an excellent track record of foreman responsibilities to include trade skills
- ability to read and to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports
- skilled in reasoning skills to interpret policies and procedures, maps, and route directions
- must be able to produce photo ID driving licence with ideally no previous convictions or points, certificates within valid dates of the above qualifications and others if applicable
- contract management: 5 years
- the post holder will be required to have a sound proven track record of at least five years with a level of supervisory skills on site to manage workloads effectively
