  • proven ability to prioritise workload with excellent organisational skills
  • ability to work to deadlines & against often conflicting deadlines
  • this is a customer facing role & therefore good communication skills are required
  • proven experience of Microsoft products ideally to an advanced level
  • proven ability to work well on your own as well as part of a team
  • previous experience in admin or office management
  • we are looking for someone who is keen, willing & flexible to work in a small busy environment

Responsibility

  • liaison & working closely with MDs
  • preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
  • being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
  • maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
  • attending meetings and taking minutes
  • producing new and/or renewing company forms/spreadsheets as required
  • reviewing and updating company policies and procedures
