Responsibility
- respond to customer enquiries and provide technical assistance regarding our range of pumps
- identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pump solutions
- prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing exceptional customer service
- collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support the development of the UK channel partner network
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system
Requirements
- previous experience in technical sales or a similar role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- good organizational and time management skills
- proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer visits
- knowledge of pumps and their applications, particularly chemical pumps and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps would be an advantage, however full training will be provided
