Working hours

Responsibility

  • process accounts for purchase ledger in accordance with policies and procedures. This will include
  • posting Purchase Ledger invoices
  • coding of invoices to multiple cost centers and G/L codes
  • matching Purchase invoices to orders
  • posting expenses and credit cards
  • sending out request approvals for non-PO invoices
  • liaise with suppliers for payments and ad-hoc queries
  • process Expenses for staff reimbursement, reviewing against policy & VAT

Requirements

  • professional financial accreditation is desirable or working towards
  • qualified by experience
  • must have unrestricted right to work in the UK
