Salary

Responsibility

  • wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
  • clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and dining areas
  • dispose of trash and recycling properly
  • assist with receiving and storing food supplies
  • follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements

  • previous experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment is preferred
  • knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices
  • saturdays 10-6pm
  • sundays 10-5pm
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • total of 15 hours per week. Potentially more could be made available during the week to cover holidays etc
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

Requirements

  • proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen
  • excellent cooking skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation
  • previous experience in food production, including menu planning and execution
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • strong communication skills, fostering collaboration between kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
  • chef: 4 years

Responsibility

  • supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
  • monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain stock
  • train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety protocols

barista
