developing and implementing care plans for our clients, in consultation with their families and healthcare professionals
monitoring the health and well-being of our clients and ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly
ensuring that our supported living services are fully compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
building positive relationships with our clients, their families, and other professionals
managing the budget for our company and ensuring that costs are managed effectively
identifying opportunities for service expansion and improvement and working with the senior management team to implement changes
managing a team of support workers and ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide the highest level of care to our clients
Requirements
at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a supported living or care environment
A relevant professional qualification, such as a NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care Management
A thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including the Care Quality Commission requirements
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals working with the company ie social workers etc
