Responsibility

  • developing and implementing care plans for our clients, in consultation with their families and healthcare professionals
  • monitoring the health and well-being of our clients and ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly
  • ensuring that our supported living services are fully compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
  • building positive relationships with our clients, their families, and other professionals
  • managing the budget for our company and ensuring that costs are managed effectively
  • identifying opportunities for service expansion and improvement and working with the senior management team to implement changes
  • managing a team of support workers and ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide the highest level of care to our clients

Requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a supported living or care environment
  • A relevant professional qualification, such as a NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care Management
  • A thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including the Care Quality Commission requirements
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals working with the company ie social workers etc
