Responsibility

  • check in and check out all rental stock. Perform maintenance and testing of equipment, ensuring its proper functioning. Prepare systems for delivery to site. Understand the support with our warehouse operation
  • develop an understanding of equipment and systems to offer technical support effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and suggest refinements or improvements to offerings and systems
  • organise workspaces, including prep areas, demo/programming spaces, equipment storage. Maintain general tidiness in work areas
  • maintain companies culture established within the Compliance framework of ISO standards relating to Health and Safety, Quality, Sustainability and Environmental impact

warehouse supervisor

Requirements

  • experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory or team-lead capacity
  • strong organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • ability to take initiative and lead small teams
  • confident operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to use initiative and problem-solve
  • understanding of warehouse safety standards and commitment to upholding company policies related to quality, health and safety, and environmental standards
  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibility

  • truck Loading: Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of outgoing jobs. Confirm all equipment matches job requirements
  • load Sheet Accuracy: Validate load sheets against physical inventory being loaded. Ensure discrepancies are identified, documented, and escalated
  • asset & Equipment Handling: Ensure safe use and handling of rental assets and warehouse tools. Report faults or maintenance needs promptly
  • collaboration: Work closely with the wider Warehouse, Project Management, Technical, Rental, and Transport teams to ensure seamless equipment preparation and dispatch
