- good glue management, edge turning and spotting skills

- able to work quickly and with a high degree of precision
- able to work as a team in a production line or on their own
- in addition to the role above we are looking for skills in team leadership/management or technical skills and experience in setting up and maintaining rigid box wrapping and case making machinery
- technical expertise running semi automatic case making equipment including: Automatic glueing machines and case makers
Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced Paper over Board production operator. The candidate must be skilled in activities such as book binding, case making or ring binder production
- the role will involve producing high quality ring binders and cases for our luxury rigid boxes. These will be of various run lengths ranging from one offs to a few thousand
- the role will also involve operating and maintaining various case making equipment including automatic glueing machines and case making machines as well as producing work by hand
- as many of these tasks involve more than one operator the candidate will be responsible for organising a small team of production assistants, working at various stages of the case making process such as spotting, edge turning and QC
