Requirements

- able to multi-task and prioritize workload to cope with the demands of a fast-paced and reactive business
- strong communication skills are a MUST, as is a service-oriented and solutions-driven attitude
- A passion for creative, fashion, luxury and image making
Responsibility
- lead project status and resource meetings
- problem solve with key stakeholders in order to deliver projects to the satisfaction of project owner and Chief Brand Officer
- check all briefs have been picked up and allocated to relevant production team members
- brief in suppliers, generating comparative quotes, organising costs and generating budgets if needed
- support the preparation of briefs for the Production department. Ensure that briefs are well presented, complete and clear so that project may be executed faithfully, creatively, on time and on budget
- work with the Senior Production Manager to ensure that the department is able to deliver assigned briefs on time and flag any issues that would prevent the successful execution of a project
- produce and maintain project plans to track the status of projects, and insure these are well communicated to all stakeholders, team members and freelancers
- support with print production priorities and holiday cover as required
