Responsibility

  • open and book in cases on upon arrival in the lab
  • communicate with Dental Surgeries regarding patient appointment times, collections and deliveries
  • liaise with members of the team to ensure the work is on schedule and will be finished on time
  • book work out and invoice completed cases
  • answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed

Requirements

  • previous experience in a dental laboratory office or laboratory implant department preferred
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • dental Implant Lab: 1 year
  • dental Lab office: 1 year
