Responsibility
- review project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes; recommending actions as necessary
- maintain service schedule by liaising closely with the Support Desk, monitoring progress, coordinating resources and resolving problems
- review products performance and liaise with the Support Desk Manager with any concerns
- maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
- complete Small Works, Service & Maintenance Calls as well as installation works
- complex technical support of client installation and repair of CCTV, DVRs, Access Control , AV, networked IT systems, routers, switches and servers
- liaison with clients, external IT departments and suppliers at all levels
- support the installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of TCP/IP and networking
Requirements
- an understanding of the requirements of NSI Accreditation
- being influential, confident and motivated with clear communications with the Support Desk
- organisation and resolving technical support cases
- being objective, flexible and independent
- an advanced understanding of CCTV, Access Control , AV, intruder alarms, networked IT systems, routers, switches and servers. Knowledge or previous experience of Fire systems is advantageous
- security systems: 2 years
