- knowledge of the barriers faced by disabled people when accessing employment
- desirable - Experience in running your own business, events and/or marketing

Responsibility
- reporting to: Managing Director
- hours: Full time including occasional Saturdays
- based: Bishop Auckland, County Durham
- contract: Permanent
- undertake, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities as are reasonably compatible with this job description and its objectives
