Responsibility
- head of Department
- providing strategic input into our business process, providing advice pre-sale, during design and post sale
- overseeing the entire projects department, assigning & assisting projects to team members
- overseeing project costing and discrepancy controls
- building relationships with new and existing suppliers
- creating, managing & adapting processes & systems with in the project department, in collaboration with the MD & other Heads of Departments
- managing others, hosting 1:1’s with team members & producing development plans
- post sale delivery, dealing with contractors, ordering services, client liaison etc
Requirements
- you will be an experienced Senior Project Manager or Head of Projects who has strong organisation skills
- A cool office in St Pauls, London
- you must be confident in a client facing position and most importantly thrive in an environment that adapts and evolves
- an eye for design, engaging with 3D and 2D design concepts
- annual bonus package of a December bonus and Christmas holiday gifted
- strong inter-personal skills and gravitas, building strong and personable relationships with contractors
- A hybrid working model, we are usually in the office Tuesdays & Thursdays so we can collaborate
