  • experience of coordinating pupil centred assessments, liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders
  • resilient, committed and a hard worker - able to keep going in the face of adversity and never giving up
  • experience of leading, supervising and developing a team of peripatetic practitioners
  • experience of managing neurodiverse young people, including those with ASC and/or SEMH, with an understanding of the implications for communication, learning and behaviour patterns
