Working hours

Responsibility
- implementing and managing a robust processes in clinic, monitoring performance, reporting on progress and developing contingency plans when required
- ensuring that the service provides excellent patient experience with early intervention when issues occur
- optimise the efficient use of staff, facilities, equipment, supplies, consumables and support service to meet budgeted capacity targets and cycle sales
- effectively lead and manage the clinic support and admin teams to ensure a consistent delivery of high-quality service and performance
- responsible for effective and efficient facilities and building management
- ensuring all patients are managed effectively through the Create patient journey and that all activities are carried out in accordance with HFEA requirements
Education
- strong empathetic skills are essential
- experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude that can handle change and challenge
- drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of ‘management’
- proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams
- excellent organisational and communication skills
- ideally educated to degree level and have a minimum of three years Management experience gained within either the Private Health, Beauty / Spa, Hospitality, Retail or Service sectors
- A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety
