Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, all year round
- up to 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, all year round
- assist in meeting and maintaining our regulatory and compliant responsibilities working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
- to provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times
- assume responsibility for the Nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager
- to deliver an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum that enables children to make individual progress
- the role of the Deputy Manager is to support the Manager, ensuring all children attending Crazy 4 Kids Radstone receive high quality care, are kept safe and are provided with planned and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs and support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- the Deputy will be a creative and reflective individual, able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice
