  • conduct Care assessments and create care plans that provide high quality care
  • provide on call support to clients and carers
  • support with Induction and ongoing training to ensure our Care professionals are equipped to deliver the highest standards of care
  • motivate, manage and retain our valued team of care professionals
  • conduct staff meetings, supervision, assessment and appraisals
  • arrange or supervise the creation of staff rotas and on call rotas
