  • welcoming interest from experienced Senior CDP’s and those with Head Chef / Deputy Head Chef experience
  • looking to attract local talent with full fresh food competence to enhance our dynamic menu

  • you will be leading the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef & working alongside him to deliver sometimes high volumes of fresh, high quality dishes from our famous Steak & Ale pie on the Classics menu to the finer, delicate dishes on the ever changing specials menu & boards

Requirements

  • previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not required
  • basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
