Requirements
- suitably qualified, ideally with a degree in Food, Science or Agriculture
- A minimum of two years’ experience in the Food or Agriculture sector – preferably in pigs or poultry
- must be an effective communicator, with excellent people skills and be team orientated at all levels
- experience of working with retailers would be a bonus
- full training and personal development will be given
- nursing Home Administrator: 1 year
Responsibility
- to be Cranswick’s representative on retailer farm audits, working with the auditor and producers to explain Cranswick’s retailer farm standard and audit process
- to understand and support producers on any observations or non-conformances raised on audits, working with producers to close out and provide the necessary corrective action evidence in the allocated time frame
