Requirements
- apprentice Trained
- engineering ONC qualified or equivalent- desired
- minimum of 3 years hand on experience preferable within the food industry or Site Services role
- experience with refrigeration, compressed air and vacuum systems
- group and site induction
- level 2 H&S awareness
- understanding of relevant risk assessments and safe working procedures
- understanding and application of hazard identification and near miss reporting
Responsibility
- take reasonable care for your own and other's health and safety while at work
- co-operate with your employer on health and safety matters
- taking responsibility for all site services and amenity requirements
- ensuring safe systems of work at all times, completing Q perm Permit to Work and working within remit
- anything provided in the interests of health, safety or welfare must not be intentionally or recklessly interfered with or misused
- responsible to ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, site rules and information and instruction given by your employer
- ensuring all PPM tasks NCR’s and corrective actions are carried out accordingly to schedule
- ensuring all service contract servicing work is carried out according to the schedule
