Responsibility

  • the Enterprise Suppose Engineer will work within the Global Support team delivering technical support to customers and partners
  • understand the current products
  • remote Customer support of applications mainly based on Linux and Microsoft Operating System technology
  • remote professional service program to support customer deployments
  • troubleshoot and reproduce issues reported by customers, to create reproductions in house prior to escallation to Cradlepoint engineering
  • assist the global support team in providing 24/7 support

  • this is a key role helping customers to fully utilize the capabilities of the Cradlepoint and Ericom products and realize their goals

Requirements

  • minimum of five years of experience in Linux or Microsoft Windows Server
  • previous experience in a 2nd or 3rd line customer support role
  • minimum of five years of experience in deploying and / or supporting IT systems in either large enterprise or mobile telecommunication environments
  • degree or equivalent or relevant experience
  • able to plan and organize own work
