Responsibility
- operational day to day supervision of service of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- customer service duties, handling payments, preparation of service and customer areas
- engaging with our customers
- the opening and closing of the business in the Managers absence
- preparing and setting up catering for meetings and events
- general cleaning and deep cleaning of the bar, cellar, kitchen and catering areas
- deputising for the Bar Manager in their absence
