• accurate and timely inputting of purchase receipts into the computer system
• picking and Packing of Sales Orders for UK and Export Delivery
• ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods have relevant and correct paperwork

• maintaining stock accuracy and investigating any stock discrepancies, before correcting stock errors on the computer system
• operating the counterbalance, reach forklift trucks and the container loading ramp
• ensuring all shipping notes are printed and despatched in a timely and accurate manner and liaising with the sales order administrators to optimise the flow of work through the warehouse
• performing weekly cyclical inventory counts, monthly inventory counts of cable materials and the annual stock take, whilst ensuring that all stock is rotated and dated
