Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the healthcare or regulatory field
- strong knowledge of CQC regulations and other applicable industry standards
- excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify compliance gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- effective communication skills to interact with staff at all levels and deliver compliance training
- ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- professional certification in compliance is a plus
