- correct storage and administration of medication
- ensuring confidentiality of the Residents, staff teams and the Company, in accordance with the Data Protection Act at all times
- ensuring all of the Residents needs are met to the highest possible standard and in line with their care plans and current legislation
- safeguarding the Residents
- always treat Residents with the utmost respect and ensure that their rights are observed at all times
