Responsibility

  • diagnose breakdown problems when they occur and make repairs as necessary to reduce plant downtime
  • work through a programme of maintenance tasks, using knowledge and experience to prioritise between urgent and routine activities
  • assist with the maintenance needs working within the Engineering team ensuring the plant, machinery equipment and buildings are in safe working order and running efficiently at all times
