Responsibility

  • you will be expected to work as part of an integrated team in our Newmarket office
  • we are flexible and hybrid working will be considered to suit your circumstances
  • as part of this exciting opportunity, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of project types and with a variety of Clients, project teams and contractors
  • you will be given responsibility and will need to be able to work autonomously and part of a team, safe in the knowledge that you will receive all the mentoring, guidance and support you need to develop your career
  • you will be joining a small but talented team focused on delivering a wide range of projects from small refurbishments to multi-million-pound new build facilities
  • the role covers the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through the design process, procurement process, site delivery, commissioning phase and defects management
  • collaborate closely with leading Clients and design teams, industry experts and contractors to ensure budgets are adhered to during design and construction phases
  • ensure commissions are efficiently managed and completed on programme, meeting or exceeding Client expectations
