Requirements

  • strong literacy and numeracy skills, equivalent to GCSE 'O' level
  • exceptional organisational skills
  • capability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent telephone etiquette
  • exceptional attention to detail
  • proficient in utilising multiple systems concurrently
  • ability to multitask in a high-pressure customer service environment
